when changing the holiday settings for the digital clock widged, the changes are only applied after logout/login or reboot.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. goto digital clock settings
2. goto holidays tab
3. set another holiday calendar  (i will call the old / new below)
4. press ok

Actual Results:  
the holidays displayed in the widget are still from the old holiday calendar

Expected Results:  
the holidays displayed in the widget are from the new holiday calendar

Can confirm - there may be a popup with intormation like you need to reboot/logout for these changes to apply and don't show this message again checkbox in the popup - same as in Formats KCM.
