No matter the configuration, it has no effect, from 0.1 to 9999....

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open System Settings.
2. Go to Input Devices.
3. Go to Mouse, Advanced tab.
4. Try to change the "pointer speed".

Actual Results:
Nothing happens.

Expected Results:
Should do the job given, change the mouse/pointer speed according to the options, 0,1 to 9999....

I have a Razer 1800 DPI mouse, on a '23 screen (1920x1080). It's really fast. I need this bug fixed.
