Can't click on a previously inserted control point to modify it when using the Bezier Curve Tool on a vector layer.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create vector layer
2. Draw with Bezier Curve Tool
3. Try selecting previous points

Actual Results:  
Can't select previous points

Expected Results:  
Allow selection of previous points

Sorry, that works here. You have to double-click the vector object so the Line/Curve tool gets activated. It's not ideal, but that's known and it's why we want to rework the vector layer functionality: see https://krita.org/2016kickstarter.
