Description yan 2016-07-10 21:01:33 UTC
I have a second control panel at the upper side of the screen. Sometimes after boot, the title bar of applications is hidden behind that control panel, although in the panel's settings I set it be always visible.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot
2. Start an application

Actual Results:
Title bar of the application(s) is hidden behind top control panel.

Expected Results:
Title bars show below top control panel as it's set to be always visible.

A workaround is to change the visibility settings of the control panel to something different and then back to "always visible".

Can you please state which Plasma version you are using?
Comment 2 yan 2016-07-11 15:01:14 UTC
Plasma version is 5.5.5
Qt version is 5.5.1
Kernel 4.6.0 (but happened with 4.4, too)

No, not happening anymore.
