My system has Russian locale, and context menue "Create" ("Создать") contains two folder subitems instead one: "Folder..." and "Папку...". If i chose "Folder..." subitem, Dolphin crashes. "Папку..." subitem works normaly. Reproducible: Always
Created attachment 100097 [details] RightClick Menu Kubuntu 16.04. All updates are installed. A have this bug too. In my localization (Russian) duplicated menu items "Folder..." ("Папку...") and "Text File..." ("Текстовый файл..."). In fact, this is a bug too. And if I choose "Folder..." in English, the Dolphin immediately crashed. Duplicate menu items are highlighted in red in the screenshot.
In the context menu in the "Create by a new" item, there are two "Folder ...": 1 - in English, 2 - in Russian. If you choose the first option fails. The second option works correctly.
