In Task Manager on Plasma 5.7, the spinning blue "circle" that appears in the Task Manager indicating that an application is loading, does not disappear once the application is open and ready to use. I have to "killall plasmashell && plasmashell" to "fix" it. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open several apps in Plasma (happens with Okular, Libre Office...) 2. 3. Actual Results: Sometimes the blue spinning circle of Breeze theme won't go away Expected Results: Once the application is open, the blue circle should be gone.

Do you have multiple Task Managers?
Non, I have only one (one task manager, one panel).
Can you attach screenshots of the following configuration screens: 1. Your Task Manager settings dialog 2. The Launch Feedback page in System Settings
I am on KDE-neon more applications where this happens are for example spotify I also noticed that on my computer the blue waiting circle only appears when I open some file formats like *.fods *.ods works fine though ... an additional problem with the circle is, that there is a memory leak apparently and it takes up 100% CPU resources while its spinning. When all my memory is used up my computer becomes unusable.. so killall plasmashell has to be used.. I also uploaded a Screenshot of Taskmanager Settings
