Description bomox 2016-07-05 22:11:20 UTC
Since I did some updates today, the password prompt at boot is missing. As "workaround" I can still type my encryption password as usual (without any visual feedback - it just seems to hang there) and the system boots normally.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Setup an encrypted system with a crypttab
2. Update neon
3. Reboot the system

Actual Results:
the password prompt is not visible and the boot seemed to hang indefinitely

Expected Results:
A password for the encrypted disk should be requested

I only accidentally found out that I can type in the password, otherwise I would have wasted a lot of time to debug this, since it appears to have just crashed at some boot stage.
