Hi everyone,

Recently after my PC comes back from suspension, I have no scroll (with the mouse) in dolphin.

I'm using Arch Linux. 
pacaman reports the following versions:
- Dolphin: 16.04.2-1


Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use sytemctrl suspend to suspend the OC
2. Wake the PC
3. Dolphin won't scroll - Only on windows that were open before the PC suspended. 

Actual Results:  
No scrolling

Expected Results:  
Scrolling

I cannot reproduce this issue with Dolphin 18.04, could you upgrade your version and test this again?
