After Installing Marble on windows 8.1 Marble do not show any errors but it's not possible to get any detailed Maps. Download Map and Downlaod Region do not show anything.

I had setup our  Company Proxy. 
Special for this Proxy, It allow only connection over Port 80 and 443. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Marble 
2. Zoom in 
3. the Map do not get more detailed.
