Patch

Can you try this patch for plasma-workspace? I've been experiencing some issues where playback would not start at the beginning of the track or would randomly skip a few seconds.
This patch has a bunch of unrelated unfinished changes of features I'll add for 5.8 but I was too lazy fiddling out the actual fix for this issue I made last week (and haven't merged yet as I wanted to test it more thorougly)

Just noticed I commented the "when player reports new position, update slider" in the patch which was part of the problem... this needs more investigation, sorry.

Is anyone able to reproduce the originally-described issue with Plasma 5.17?
