kcm_deviceautomounter lets us mount drivers automatically, but it doesn't add the hide_hid_files parameter to hide files hidden by Windows (such as the "System Volume Information" folder).

/etc/fstab can be edited manually to add a new entry for the partition with the hide_hid_files parameter, but it'd be nice to have an option on the GUI for that, so that non-advanced users don't break Linux while trying to hide NTSC system files not to break Windows.

This would need to be implemented in Dolphin.

I don't have any Windows disks; can you verify that a recent version of Dolphin isn't already doing what you requested? Recent meaning 26.04 or later.

I'm not currently using Linux. Please tag someone else to test this.
