Link called "win32" on https://userbase.kde.org/Lokalize#Lokalize_under_Windows_and_OS_X does not seem to work.

I get redirected from http://nekaka.com/d/xCuuVv7jlA to http://ww1.nekaka.com/

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to https://userbase.kde.org/Lokalize#Lokalize_under_Windows_and_OS_X
2. click "win32"
3. wait

Actual Results:  
Blank page

Expected Results:  
a file to download

Nick, if you're the one that tried to upload that qt-only version, i suggest you use a proper kde.org download link.
