Please, merge all krita's l10n tarballs to its main source tarball to make packagers' life easier.

Reproducible: Always


Actual Results:  
They are split into individual tarball.

Expected Results:  
All l10n files are in Krita main source tarball.

Yes, we want this too, but it means changing out build scripts to follow the example of the KDE Frameworks libraries. We haven't found a volunteer for that yet.

OK, I think this request is resolved in Krita 3.0.1, so maybe this bugs can be closed :-)
