I encountered the exact same bug, sshfs does mounted but user can't browse at all.
I've experienced the same issue as well. arch linux kdeconnect v. 1.2 nexus 6p installed KDE Connect from play store ``` Sep 26 11:40:22 biba kdeconnectd[6798]: kdeconnect.plugin.sftp: Mount device: "google" Sep 26 11:40:22 biba kdeconnectd[6798]: kdeconnect.plugin.sftp: Created mounter Sep 26 11:40:22 biba kdeconnectd[6798]: kdeconnect.plugin.sftp: Starting loop to wait for mount Sep 26 11:40:23 biba kdeconnectd[6798]: kdeconnect.plugin.sftp: Unmount QObject(0x0) Sep 26 11:40:23 biba kdeconnectd[6798]: kdeconnect.core: Converting IPv6 QHostAddress("::ffff:192.168.81.144") to IPv4 QHostAddress("192.168.81.144") Sep 26 11:40:23 biba kdeconnectd[6798]: kdeconnect.plugin.sftp: Starting process: "sshfs kdeconnect@192.168.81.144:/ /run/user/1000/fd6e696fabfcd5d0 -p 1739 -s -f -F /dev/null -o IdentityFile=/home/thurloat/.config/kdeconnect/privateKey.pem -o StrictHostKeyChecking=no -o UserKnownHostsFile=/dev/null -o HostKeyAlgorithms=ssh-dss -o uid=1000 -o gid=100 -o ServerAliveInterval=30 -o password_stdin" Sep 26 11:40:23 biba kdeconnectd[6798]: QDBusAbstractAdaptor: Cannot relay signal SftpPlugin::packageReceived(NetworkPackage): Unregistered input type in parameter list: NetworkPackage Sep 26 11:40:23 biba kdeconnectd[6798]: kdeconnect.plugin.sftp: Process failed to start Sep 26 11:40:23 biba plasmashell[6794]: Currrent active notifications: QHash(("notification 13", "Plasma Workspacegoogle")) Sep 26 11:40:23 biba plasmashell[6794]: Guessing partOf as: 13 Sep 26 11:40:23 biba plasmashell[6794]: New Notification: "google" "Failed to start sshfs" -1 & Part of: 13 Sep 26 11:40:23 biba kdeconnectd[6798]: kdeconnect.plugin.sftp: Destroy mounter Sep 26 11:40:23 biba kdeconnectd[6798]: kdeconnect.plugin.sftp: Unmount KProcess(0x5586b798c710) Sep 26 11:40:23 biba kdeconnectd[6798]: kdeconnect.plugin.sftp: "google" Remote filesystem unmounted ``` let me know if I can help debug further. all other functionality appears to work fine.
I think this is a duplicate of 380022.

Same problem here, trying to browse remote device returns error, screenshot posted as attachment. Running plasma on arch. Phone is a samsung note 5.
Similar issue here. Phone appears mounted in Dolphin sidebar and 2 folders show when selecting phone (google) - "All Files" and "Camera pictures". Clicking on either shows message "The file or folder /run/user/1000/16ec513c1576d9d5/storage/emulated/0 does not exist." similar to the previously attached screenshot from mathwiz2008. journalctl -b |grep kdeconnect returns nothing. Send files from phone, remote input, run command all work fine. Computer:- Kernel: 4.19.1-towo.1-siduction-amd64 x86_64 bits: 64 Desktop: KDE Plasma 5.13.5 Distro: siduction 17.1.0 Patience - kde - (201703051755) (Debian Sid) kdeconnect:amd64/unstable 1.3.1-1 Phone:- Google Pixel running Android Pie
I can browse the phone filesystem on a Samsung Galaxy S6+ running Android 7.0, but not on a Samsung Galaxy S8+ running Android 8.0 (same error shown in screenshot).
This seems to be fixed in version 1.3.3-1 now available in Debian unstable and testing repositories. I can once again browse files on my phone from desktop. Thank you dev team!
