After restarting Kdenlive, template titles that are based on the same title, show the same thumbnail (preview in clip monitor is fine, though).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
- Add a title containing a text field with "%s"
- Save this to a file
- Add a template file from that clip
- Set the text to "111"
- Add another template file
- Set the text to "222"
--> The thumbnails show the correct texts
- Save the project and restart Kdenlive
--> Thumbnails of the title and both template titles all show "222"
