Description Gregor Mi 2016-06-18 09:01:00 UTC
1. Right-click on the task manager to "Unlock Widgets".
2. Right-click again but there is no "Lock Widgets" menu item.
3. I go to burger menu on the right -> More settings... -> Lock Widgets which feels rather hidden.
I would expect to have the "Lock Widgets" item at the same location where I previously did the unlock.

I am against changing this. Yes, it is inconsistent, but locking widgets is not a common thing to do. The unlock is only there because when the burger menu is hidden, there is no other way to unlock.

I would like to remove unlocking from the context menu, I just haven't found a better place for it yet.

Has nothing to do with the Task Manager.
Comment 3 Gregor Mi 2016-06-19 11:58:00 UTC
The issue seems not to be resolved yet. Is there another place where this could be tracked?

This is a VDG issue and Thomas is a VDG rep, so I think it's resolved. The best I can do for you otherwise is reassign it to the Panel component.
