(*** This bug was imported into bugs.kde.org ***) Package: khtml Version: 3.0 (using KDE 2.2.2 ) Severity: wishlist Installed from: Debian Package 4:2.2.2-9 (3.0) Compiler: gcc version 2.95.4 20011006 (Debian prerelease) OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.12-ac2 OS/Compiler notes: When the colour for the desktop choosen is dark backgrounds with light coloured fonts - khtml renders pages with that colour. It would be better to be able to set the default font colour for a page - like netscape does. Eg. dark theme with white font for normal will cause most pages with a white background to render white on white. This is painful and inhibits browsing. An example page: http://cvs.ferite.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/ferite/ferite/ChangeLog?rev=1.122&content-type=text/vnd.viewcvs-markup Using colours setting 'Digital CDE' It is possible to set the colours in the Custom CSS section but this causes the webpages to be rendered completly different.
