in an panel you can't remove an applet, but you remove the whole panel with all applets.

it is very nice that you can't remove an applet, there is the back notification but it's good that you can only remove an panel applet when click on the burger menu. can we have this behavior also for removing the panel. In addition removing the panel is not something you need that often.

I agree: Removing a panel should only be available from in "config mode".
