Korganizer crashes after every time after I popup 'Add Timezones' dialog and click delete button.
I think that current index is wrong just after opening this dialog.
Clicking existing entry on list and then delete button does not cause crash.
Opening dialog and immediately clicking delete button causes crash.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click 'Add Timezones'
2. Click red button to delete timezone.
3. Crash.

Actual Results:  
Korganizer crashes.

Expected Results:  
Korganizer doesn't crash.

Kubuntu 16.04 with backports.
Korganizer version: Version 5.1.3
KDE Frameworks 5.22.0
Qt 5.5.1 (built against 5.5.1)
The xcb windowing system
