Dear all, 

As shown in this short screencast [1], I cannot any longer move my cursor to a specific cursor position. 

This problem occurred suddenly and I don't know how to resolve it. 

Can someone please give me some guidance?

If I delete kdenliverc, the problem is gone. Attaching the problematic config file. 

Does anyone have a clue what might be causing the problem?
