layer docker icons

Some icons on the layer docker have a light color on neutral and light themes where it should be dark.
The bug wasn't here on beta.

More exactly the bug is that lot of icons in the layer docker don't switch color until restarting krita.

I fixed a lot of theme changing stuff in 4.0. I think there are a few icons that don't switch right, but the majority should be ok now like the layers docker and animation. Closing this for now. We can open up a new one if there are specific icons that are not switching.
