The image change interval jumps from 00 h 00 m 59 s to 24 h 48 min 1 s on incrementing the seconds.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the wallpaper config.
2. Choose slide show.
3. Set the interval to 00 h 00 m 59 s.
4. Increment the seconds.

Actual Results:  
The new interval is 24 h 48 min 1 s.

Expected Results:  
The new interval is 0 h 1 min 0 s.

I can confirm on Plasma 5.6.4 but not in master

7656fa02e680bbc85dd03635149cc6643f5aa51a is only in master.

Please reopen this if you still have this with Plasma 5.7
