KGpg always fails to start since its configuration file is missing. Purging and reinstalling does not fix it. Creating an empty config file creates a new problem. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install KGpg version 2.17.0. 2. Open KGpg. Actual Results: A window with with the title "GnuPG error - KGpg" with these contents showed up: GnuPG failed to start. You must fix the GnuPG error first before running KGpg. Details gpg: option file `/home/enkouyami/.gnupg/gpg.conf': No such file or directory Expected Results: The ~/.gnupg/gpg.conf file should have been created when KGpg installed and if it doesn't exist, it should automatically create it with default settings.
