Description enkouyami 2016-05-29 16:26:44 UTC
KGpg always fails to start since its configuration file is missing. Purging and reinstalling does not fix it. Creating an empty config file creates a new problem.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install KGpg version 2.17.0.
2. Open KGpg.

Actual Results:
A window with with the title "GnuPG error - KGpg" with these contents showed up:
GnuPG failed to start.
You must fix the GnuPG error first before running KGpg.
Details
gpg: option file `/home/enkouyami/.gnupg/gpg.conf': No such file or directory

Expected Results:
The ~/.gnupg/gpg.conf file should have been created when KGpg installed and if it doesn't exist, it should automatically create it with default settings.

On Kubuntu 16.04
