I am a noob following the tutorial from the site: https://docs.kde.org/trunk5/en/kdepim/korganizer/five-minute-course.html#course-entering-events When I click in the agenda view, and enter information about an event, it doesn't save any information, but I get the message, " You created an incidence in a calender that is currently filtered out. On the left sidebar, enable it in the calender manager to see the incidence." I am not seeing a calendar manager in my left sidebar, and have no idea how to proceed (I am using Ubuntu 14.04 LTS, and I get this same problem whether I am in Unity or KDE (I am using Kubuntu)). Note I am in Korganizer 4.13.3 which did not appear in the list above. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Double click on time in agenda. 2. Enter title and hit 'Save'. 3. Actual Results: It doesn't save any information, but I get the message, " You created an incidence in a calender that is currently filtered out. On the left sidebar, enable it in the calender manager to see the incidence." Expected Results: I am new to this, so am not entirely sure, but I think it should save the event and probably show it on the agenda.
I'm afraid your side panel was just minimized. You can restore it by hovering your pointer over the left margin of your calendar view and dragging it to the right. After that, you can select and deselect your calendars in the lower area of the restored side panel. While this is not obviously not an optimal UX, it isn't a bug either. Suggestion: close as invalid
