Despite having the correct /etc/localetime timezone set and console and even the adjust time and date configuration dialog show me the correct time the panels clock doesn't. 


Reproducible: Always


Actual Results:

Later I tried adding the analog clock which also shows the correct time.

The plasma clock can be set to show a different time zone to your system time zone.

Please see the time zone tab in the digital clock applet.

Timezone was correct in the timezone tab and scrolling on the clock itself didn't change a thing. 
I will check again next week with Plasma 5.7 to see if it's still an issue.
