Using a Huion tablet H610PRO, touch sensitivity is disabled without moving to the bottom of the canvas, and whenever I try to move to the bottom, the cursor disappears and spawns at the top of the canvas. After moving to the bottom, however, I can still move the cursor around, and it now has the touch sensitivity. This never happens outside of the canvas box, and going side-to-side still works normally. I am not sure if this applies to just me. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Use a Huion tablet H610PRO and open Krita as normal 2.Move the pen so the cursor is in the top-half of the canvas box 3.Move the pen so the cursor should be on the bottom-half of the box Actual Results: the cursor should be back in the top of the canvas box, without moving the pen back up, pressure sensitivity should be back, and you can move the pen at the bottom of the pad while the cursor is moving in the top half of the canvas box Expected Results: the cursor should have gone to the bottom of the canvas without glitching to the top of the canvas box flicks are off, press-and-hold-right-click is off, double-click is on
Hi, Which version of Krita are you using exactly? You set the component to CPU canvas -- does that mean this bug doesn't happen if OpenGL is enabled? I would have assumed it to be some weirdness in the tablet driver instead.

I'm using 2.9.7, and enabled or disabled, it happens regardless.
Okay, 2.9.7 is pretty old, so please to to update to 2.9.11, which is the latest stable version, and also try the 3.0 RC1 we created this week: https://krita.org/item/krita-3-0-release-candidate-1-released/
I've now updated to 3.0, and it still happens with the default settings. I will try to tweak my tablet settings.
Yes, please. I haven't been able to reproduce with our huion H610, so it must be a settings problem.
We recently had a similar report from someone using a wacom. It was a dual monitor setup, and somehow the tablet drivers gave the wrong dimension. If you have a dual monitor setup, try this: * Try to start krita, create a document, press shift and touch the tablet with your pen. * A dialog should popup; enter the total width of you dual monitor setup and twice the height. If this works, please attach a tablet log to the bug report: https://docs.krita.org/KritaFAQ#Windows
Created attachment 99559 [details] attachment-29469-0.html I feel bad I also have a 2 screen setup, but I didn't feel the need to say so now I know that was crucial information however, I did not see anything popping up instead, after holding the shift button, the size of the brush increases as I push my pen away from the point where I touched, and smaller as I go closer On Fri, Jun 17, 2016 at 4:49 AM, Boudewijn Rempt via KDE Bugzilla < bugzilla_noreply@kde.org> wrote: > https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=363252 > > Boudewijn Rempt <boud@valdyas.org> changed: > > What |Removed |Added > > ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- > Resolution|--- |WAITINGFORINFO > Status|UNCONFIRMED |NEEDSINFO > > --- Comment #6 from Boudewijn Rempt <boud@valdyas.org> --- > We recently had a similar report from someone using a wacom. Hi, Which version of Krita are you using exactly? Please test with the latest release, Krita 3.0. To get the resolution dialog, you need create an image, hold shift, and touch once on the canvas.
Created attachment 99659 [details] attachment-1566-0.html I am currently using 3.0, as I have said before, and I have done that, again, as I have said before. I did this again, and the same thing hapened. what tool is needed to get the dialog?
