currently we have some bits of oxygen theming installed (window decoration e.g.), but other bits we don't have (icon theme, looknfeel etc.)

either we should install the full oxygen theme experience or nothing of it!

Nothing then. The main issue here, which I was drawn upon when talking to one of the neon users is that there is no safe way to install bundles (like "everything for complete Oxygen" or "Every addon for Application X to ensure its usability"), but with Oxygen installing it after the fact isn't a big issue.

pulled in by kdeconnect. maybe rebuild kdeconnect so it doesn't pull in random plunder

pulled in by plasma-desktop, fixed now to not pull in oxygen style nor oxygen-font which is also gone (except oxygen-sounds, there are no breeze sounds)
