This is kdevelop 4.90.91 and frameworks-ktexteditor 5.21.0: [x] Enable automatic brackets ..is enabled. But opening if () { does not add a closing } as before the updates. However starting with if_ adds a () which is new but not possible to configure. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. type if<space>true)<space>{ 2. 3. Actual Results: Nothing Expected Results: Closing } bracket
This is true for C++/boost indention, I solved it using the C-style indenter.
Can you try it again? Seems to work now. Should it still work differently as you would expect, you may change the topic to some Boost tile
