When applying a pattern layer style, the default is to make it linked with the layer content, so when you move the content the layer style moves along. this feature is currently broken: the pattern, instead of moving along the content, moves in the exact opposite direction

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create new document
2. create new paint/vector layer with some content  
3. apply layer style to paint layer
3. use the move tool to move the layer, or use a tool to change the layer's content in a way that changes its upper-left boundary
4. the pattern moves the wrong way

Hm, I acutally think I was wrong confirming this bug. The pattern moves with the layer, and the top-left of the layer always starts with the same pattern. Or maybe this was fixed in the meantime...
