In this special case (3 video tracks, 3 audio tracks, last two audio tracks muted) "Audio 1" track doesn't plays while "Video 1" track played.

Egor, this sounds like an issue with the project-internal audio mix transitions. You can easily fix it by loading your project into current beta Kdenlive 16.07.90 or upcoming 16.08.0. Then please insert a new track (audio or video doesn't matter) anywhere. Next, remove it. This will rebuild all internal audio mixers (as well as track compositors). I've fixed my own projects with audio problems this way.
