I have two different keyboard layouts configured: german and english
In systemsettings5 / input devices / keyboard / layouts i have defined the order:
1) german
2) english
Switching policy is 'global'.

After logging out and in, english is default again.
No problem switching over to the other layout using keyboard shortcuts or mouse clicks, but compared to kde4 - the ordering of layouts _was_ taken into account.

Any chance for a fix ?
