In system settings -> Online accounts (Personalization area) the title is "Configure your internet accounts such as Google,  Live , Owncloud" but when you click the Create button you get to choose between different IM-protocols.  E.g. AIM, Gadu-gadu etc.
Very misleading.
I would expect something like email and file synchronization.

IM accounts are online accounts, too. We do have support for google and *cloud too
