On a HD resolution (1920x1080), when the notes widget is embeded on a taskbar and expanded, the resulting note is very small, making it useless.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Show desktop in 1920x1080 resolution
2.Embed notes widget in taskbar
3.Open notes widget

Actual Results:  
Resulting note is so small thai is useless

Expected Results:  
The resulting note should have a usable size

Something's weird there, new sticky notes I add to a rather thick panel open with a seemingly random size, often smaller then the intended one or way too small.

On my default panel everything works fine, though.

As of today, this bug seems solved, the notes widget seems to have a normal reasonable size.
