Open systemsettings5 / desktop behaviour / desktop effects
There is a mix of radio buttons and checkboxes widgets for no apparent reason.
They should all look alike - being checkboxes...

Some effects are indeed mutually exclusive, like the different magnifiers.

Yes, agreed.
Still this makes way more sense to group those items into a 'magnifiers' group, for example.
