As the title suggests, while the hand (panning) tool is active , if the user double clicks on the canvas the shape handling tool ( arrow) gets activated.

I am on arch linux and krita I built from git .


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open krita and open a new document
2. click on the panning tool (hand icon) in the tool box
3. double click on the canvas

Actual Results:  
the shape handling tool gets activated

Expected Results:  
hand tool should still be activated

Reproduced here, Git build from this morning. Ubuntu 16.04

Try https://paste.kde.org/pwg14ls2r -- that should fix the issue. I cannot build here at work, though.
