The usual manner of adding an avatar for users on the PC, makes the result avatar image very ugly. There is the need everytime to resize it manually using GIMP or other programs.

There should be a better system to resize the image correctly, making it less pixelated, or implement builtin resize/crop system, something like that is already implemented in GNOME.
