it not shows blues bars and icons on home screen, and the reports are not centralized, all the data are in left side. Reproducible: Always
Even with 4.8 version, the problem still remains.
(In reply to CPL from comment #1) > Even with 4.8 version, the problem still remains. Oh, well 4.8.0 is only very recently released, with no such problem showing up.. So, we need to consider your .kmy file. Would you create a new, minimal .kmy file and see if that fares any better.
Don't bother with that I'm certain that this is a packaging problem, from what source did you install KMyMoney?

Dear Allan and Cristian, thank you very much for your replies. I´m sending 5 attachments to help our understanding: - CORRECT_1 and CORRECT_2: we can see the blue bars and organized information - WRONG_1 and WRONG_2: there is no blue bars and the data are in left side. - TEST.KMY: to verify It happened before?
As I said this is a symptom of a broken kmymoney installation, how did you install that version?
Hi Cristian, as I´m using Windows 10, I uninstalled the 4.7.2 version, deleted the kmymoney folder, and installed the 4.8 version. I did this now again and unfortunately it happened the same.
Oh, I used de exe version for windows.
Oh, I used the exe version for windows.
Hi friends, you had the opportunity to verify the attachments and the bug?
Requested info received. Set status to reopened.
I tried this kmymones file with the snapshots from 4.8.1 and could not reproduce this issue. If this issue persists feel free to reopen this bug. To run a 4.8.1 snapshot on windows: 1. install 7zip file manager from http://www.7-zip.de/ 2. download a snapshot by selecting "Show unstable package" and "noarch" on one of the following download sites: https://software.opensuse.org/package/mingw32-kmymoney-portable https://software.opensuse.org/package/mingw64-kmymoney-portable 3. unpack the contained 7z file with 7z 4. enter bin dir and start kmymoney.exe
Many thanks for the feedback, I am a big fan of "Kmymoney" and I would always be able to help. I have identified 3 more problems, and due to the difficulty in the language, I do not know exactly how to pass it on to you, can I get ahead? Do you guide me otherwise? 1- In the "Scheduled Transactions" tab, we click to "Insert next transaction", but we decided not to insert at that moment, then we click on "Cancel" but nevertheless the system inserts the scheduling; 2- In the "Scheduled Transactions" tab, when we have schedules that are repeated monthly, but there is a delay in one month and the next month arrives, the previous schedule goes away; 3- In the "Credits and Debits for this Year" report, when we enter settings, in the "Rows / Columns" tab, the "Detail" field shows up blank, and if we save in this way sometimes the all file gets corrupted, erases everything (oh my God, if you do not have backup ...) These are situations that occur temporarily, not every time we use them. I would also like to make a suggestion: 4- When we select "Include Scheduled Transactions" in the reports, there could be the possibility to select if they are "Debits" or "Credits" or "All". Sorry if this is not the correct path, I am available to resubmit correctly. Thank you very much.
Hi friends, you had the opportunity to verify the last message? Is this the right way to tell about this problems?
(In reply to CPL from comment #18) > Hi friends, you had the opportunity to verify the last message? Is this the > right way to tell about this problems? no, I cannot see how the issues mentioned at comment 17 is related to this reported bug which covers "home screen and reports cannot be loaded". Please open a new bug for each new issue.
OK, thank you so much.
