Description Jens Staal 2016-04-25 15:02:28 UTC
I have a strange issue with blue/red inversion in several different KF5-based applications since a few days ([kde-unstable], [mesa-git] and [testing] repositories activated).

I see this blue/red inversion in Kontact, Dolphin and many other applications. I could not figure out the correct category to file this bug in. Below is an example where the same image is displayed in okular (correct) and gwenview (blue/red inverted)

Reproducible: Always

I have an apparently similar issue with gwenview 4.14.0 pre (Linux Mint 17.3 KDE). I am using this for a slide show with some videos included. Pictures (.png, .jpg) are shown correct, but the videos displayed by gwenview are mainly blue.
These videos played with VLC or Dragon Player have the correct colours.
Is there a possibility to parametrize? Thank you for help.

How odd. Is anyone able to reproduce this with an up-to-date GwenView + KDE Frameworks? Say, in KDE Neon?

RGB vs. BGR is a driver issue.
