In the About-Dialog I'm missing the "Version" - Tab, which give detailed information about Qt & KF-Version and windowing system.

See attached screenshot with Kate example.

Do you need to code this by hand, isn't there some shared code for this?

And I'm using it.

Obviously if you investigated a bit instead of wasting my time you'd see that Okular is not based in KDE Framewoks so it doens't have the KDE Frameworks version in it.
