Close tabs by mouse middle-click.

Reproducible: Always

I just stumbled upon this issue. I am so used to close tabs with middle mouse button in all applications that I was really surprised when it did not work in Okular :(

Also I was surprised that the tabbed interface is not the default. But this is another story.

...and Konsole... Hey, @Usability & Productivity group! Even shortcuts consistency is not noticeable as icons shape - it matters.

This is for Okular, not Konsole.

Implemented per commit [1]. Also bug 390108 is imho incorrectly marked as duplicate, as it describes extra functionality.

You're right, that's not really a dupe.
