Description Kees Bergwerf 2016-04-12 12:27:25 UTC
Below my screen i have the taskbar. Most left is the start button and besides that tot the right I have 6 mini icons for the 6 virtual screens that I have.
When clicking on such an icon, I normally go to that virtual screen but not anymore. When I click a program that is presented by a rectangle in this icon, that program is moved to the last virtual screen but the virtual screen is not switched.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.click the mini icon for 1 virtual screen with the intention to switch to that virtual screen
2.
3.

Actual Results:
When a program is clicked, that program is moved to the last virtual screen. The virtual screen is not changed.

For example:
I am on virtual screen #2 with google chrome.
Now I click on the 3rd icon to switch to the 3rd virtual screen where kmail2 is. But kmail is almost fullscreen, so I can't help clicking on the rectangle that represents kmail in the virtual screen icon.
Kmail2 is moved from virtual screen #3 to virtual screen #6 but I am still on virtual screen #2

Clicking the icon of a program in the taskbar works ok. Ctrl-Fn also works.

This problem occured with frameworks 5.21.0

After installing a new kernel and a reboot, the problem seems fixed. I can't imagine that I didn't reboot after a kde update but now I am not sure anymore.
Sometimes a low bloodsugar level is bad.. and I forget to do things, sorry.

Pager bug, unrelated to Task Manager. Reassigning.

Since you say it works now I'm closing it; please reopen if the problem comes back.
