I have the latest gtk3 theme from Breeze and when selected as the gtk3 theme ( I have gtk3 3.20.2 ) I get lots of errors about deprecated stuff :

 This is for eclipse using gtk3. 

 When it actually starts Eclipse looks very bad too and so does Meld. Selecting another theme fixes the problem.

 If the issues are indeed those mentioned and the fixes are relatively easy I'm willing to help with the fix but I'm no expert.
