Dragging thumbnail to Tag produces offer to tag with whatever is highlighted in the Tag browser, rather than the tag on which you drop the item. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. highlight any tag in Tags (center of 3 tabs when Captions/Tags is selected at the right) 2. highlight one or more thumbnail images in central panel 3. click and hold right-mouse button, drag 4. drop on a row in Tags . Actual Results: small dialog box "Assign <highlighted tag> to Items (or Cancel)" appears. Expected Results: small dialog box "Assign <tag you dropped selection on> to Items (or Cancel)" appears. Obviously not a big deal, but it reflects something that has gone wrong. Collection dragged clearly stimulates processing when dropped onto a tag (if you don't hit a tag, collection merely flows back to source, appropriately), so the process clearly has knowledge of what items are in the right panel, but it is picking up stale information before taking the step of offering an assignment.

Jim, Do you seen my previous comment ? Gilles Caulier
With 5.0.0, when you D&D a tag to a selection from iconview, DK ask through a pop-up menu if : - Assign tags to selected items (the option that you need in fact) - Assign tags to this item (one where you drop with move) - Assign tags to all items (from current iconview) For me the first option is enough. No need to bloat GUI with more information. Gilles Caulier
