Assuming you're referring to a segfault of kwin (the WM crashes and the titlebars are gone) you'll likely face bug #358369 The answer to this is to run "kcmshell5 kwindecoration" and select the breeze decoration, but to know for sure, we'd need to see a backtrace. No idea about the other things you mentioned, but please do not stack different bugs together.
