The settings for the mouse wheel in systemsettings5 take no effect. I also tried to set the mouse wheel to 12 lines to check if this changes anything, but it did not. I figured out that Applications like Firefox or The Gimp are not affected, so it seems that the mouse wheel works fine in gtk Applications.

There is a workaround in one of our QQC2 implementations, but we can't use that everywhere.
