I normally leave Firefox tabs open when I close the system down. When I start the system I recall Firefox tabs, but I cannot enter any website (except google, wikipedia, youtube), not even in a new tab, unless I close Firefox down and open it again. Then other websites open and only then. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Leave Firefox with some tabs open when shutting computer down. 2. Start the computer. 3. When system starts you will see Firefox window asking you to recall last session, so recall it. Actual Results: Firefox recalls empty tabs like there was no internet connection. When I open new tab and try to open google or wikipedia or youtube it opens them, but when I try any other website it says there is no internet connection. Expected Results: Firefox recalled last session should open previous and any new websites different than google, wikipedia, youtube.
It seems that this happens when I start system with recalled session of Firefox and with no internet connection. When I connect or reconnect with internet Firefox still cannot open any websites, only google, wikipedia and youtube. I have to close Firefox, start it again, recall previous tabs and only then any websites will open and appear.
I was wrong on my last sentence, because today I started system (connection to the Internet was ON and working), but when I recalled previous session of Firefox, the tabs with websites could not enter them (like there was no connection). When I closed Firefox, open it again and recalled previous session, it entered the websites.
I seriously doubt this is our problem. First of all, this normally works for me, and second, Firefox on session restore is simply launched using the command it gave when saving the session. Either there's a problem with your system, or with your Firefox.
