During installation an icon is expected in the system tray but there isn't one.
No other way has been found to get into the configuration. 
It has been tested on two systems in the UK and one in Australia with the same result.

Hello! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this project has been unmaintained for many years so I will be closing this bug.
