i see the arrow direction wrong in the desktop, but i wouldn't know how to make it look different in the vertical panel

My problem is not the arrow direction. I report the bug because the arrow is always in a new column and this look strange when there is space in the same column.

yes, it's intended, to not make the arrow "move"
if the arrow was laid out with the other icons, I don't think it would be well received
