my pen works fine but the program glitches when I use it, it zooms in all the way and won't scroll, and now half of the toolbars are gone

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use intuos tablet
2. Open program
3. Attempt to click anything on the toolbar using tablet and pen instead of mouse

Actual Results:  
It didn't work? Nothing registered and it glitched more

Expected Results:  
Let me use it instead of crashing, allowed me to access the "file" icon
