All functions of Amarok working, but I can not listen to music because when I click play, it does nothing and the play bar does not react.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Amarok start
2.i click on play
3.don't work

You very likely try to listen to an MP3 track, but you don't have the gstreamer plugins installed. Please refer to your distribution package archives to get those installed.

MP3 codec is patent encumbered and therefore not shipped by default by your distribution, it is up to you to install those,

Thank you for listening, but I read with my clementine mp3 and ogg files without problem.

Clementine doesn't use Phonon and the phonon backends, so you are comparing apples with oranges.

Amarok worked very well and for some time, I can not read my ogg

If it worked well for some time and now doesn't what did you change? We didn't change anything on our side, so you need to verify your installation. 
I strongly suggest you take this to the forum at http://forum.kde.org/Amarok, as the bug tracker is not the correct place for support questions.

Ok, thank you
